How do I contact you? 

Email is the best way to reach me. Please send all inquiries to [email protected] or use my contact form. I'll get back to you as fast as I can!

Where are you located? 

My studio is located in beautiful Durham, North Carolina. Many of the items in my shop ship from my studio, and some are made to order and ship directly from my printer. Please see my shipping policy for more information. My studio is not open to the public.

What is your return policy?

What kind of payments do you accept?

My online shop accepts PayPal, Apple Pay, and credit/debit cards. If you choose to use your credit or debit card, it will be processed securely through Wix Payments. Your email confirmation will show a payment method of "WixPayments." For more information on the security compliance of Wix Payments, please click here. 

I placed an order on your website. When can I expect it?

I think my package is lost. Please help.

If your package is taking forever, the first thing to do is to track the package using the tracking number you received in your shipping confirmation email. If you still have questions after tracking, please contact me. Chances are, the package is just delayed, but I'm happy to open a claim with the carrier to get to the bottom of it.

 

Can you declare my international shipment as a gift or lower the value so I don't have to pay customs?

Sorry! All international shipments are declared as merchandise for the true value paid. You are responsible for any customs fees that may be due upon delivery.
 

My item arrived and it's either damaged or the wrong item.

Oh no! If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact me within 10 days of delivery with a description of the issue. I may ask for a photograph of the item to determine the next steps. 

I need to cancel or change my order.

Please contact me as soon as possible, and I will try to catch it for you! Art prints may be cancelled or changed only if the order has not begun printing, otherwise you'll need to wait for your order to arrive and then return it. For original paintings, drawings and children's books, you may cancel or change as long as the order hasn't yet shipped. If it's already shipped, you'll need to wait for it to arrive and then return it. Please note shipping costs are not refundable.

I've purchased an original artwork or art print from you, do I own the copyright? 

Nope! The purchase of artwork gives you the right to display the art. It does not give you the right to duplicate, reproduce, copy, sell or do anything other than display it. The artist, as the copyright owner, reserves the right to do all those things.

Do you do custom work? 

If you're interested in having a portrait made, or have an idea for a custom pattern, please contact me!

I'd like to license your patterns, how do I go about that? 

Please contact me, and tell me a little about your company and what you're looking for. If there's a specific pattern you're interested in, please let me know.

I have some art that I'd like made into a repeating pattern, can you do that for me?

Please contact me with the details of what kind and size artwork file you have, and any requirements you may need for the final repeating pattern. Sending a photo of the artwork you have is helpful!
