SHIPPING
All orders shipping within the United States enjoy free standard shipping.
Shipping method and delivery times depend on the type of item you've ordered. The shipping and delivery times below are estimates, and are not guaranteed. If Express shipping is needed, please contact me for a quote.
Original Paintings and Drawings:
Original paintings and drawings ship directly from my studio in Durham, North Carolina, via USPS Priority Mail. These generally ship within 2 business days after ordering. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery within the U.S. For international shipments, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Children's Books and Children's Prints:
Children's books and children's prints ship directly from my studio in Durham, North Carolina via USPS. These generally ship within 2 business days after ordering. Please allow up to 7-12 business days for delivery within the U.S., and for international shipments, please allow up to 3-4 weeks for delivery.
Art Prints:
Art prints are made to order and ship directly from the print manufacturer via standard shipping. The printer has fulfillment facilities in North America and Europe and will choose the most efficient shipping carrier based on your location. Please allow up to a week for your print to be made and shipped out, and another week for your print to arrive.
For all international shipments:
Please note: Current Covid-19 shipping restrictions may affect the method in which your order is shipped. If this is the case, additional shipping costs may apply.
You are responsible for any and all customs charges, fees and duties that may be due upon delivery. International packages are declared as merchandise for the true value paid. Packages may be delayed in customs, and shipping times are not guaranteed.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are accepted for physical items such as paintings, drawings, children's books and art prints, except for custom orders. Returns are not accepted for custom orders or digital art.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 10 days of delivery and I will provide you with return instructions.
Items must be returned in original condition and carefully packaged, insured for the full purchase price, and postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
Both the original shipping cost (if any) and the cost of return shipping are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable, unless the return/exchange is due to having received a wrong item or a damaged item.
